Simplicity broadmoor 1694629 shuts down as soon as the mower is engaged. Does anyone know the problem or have a wiring diagram? Thanks

Bochure/Specs for Z915B?

Anyone know where I can find a brochure or specs on the z915b? John Deere website doesn't tell me anything about the transmission, engine brand, etc. Long story short, I'm looking for a zero turn for 4 acres and debating between Gravely Pro-Turn 100, Hustler Fastrak SDX and the Z915B. Thanks in advance.

Where to find brochure for 152 and 160?

Where can I find a good online brochure for the Pro-Turn 152 and 160? I'm currently debating on a Pro-Turn 100, Hustler SDX and John Deere z915 for residential use for around 4 acres and would like to compare some things. Thanks in advance.

John Deere GX95 Transmission fluid

Does anyone know where to check and o/or put transmission fluid in a GX95 Rider Mower?

Do you adjust/level your mower deck every year?

On my 2135, as with all my mowers over the years, I sharpen and balance the blades every spring tune-up. The last couple of years, I've found it necessary to level the deck. Over six months of hard use, the front U-mount lock nuts have vibrated loose and the side-to-side is always slightly off.

It's a small PITA to go through this adjustment, but the result is a visibly smoother cut on the lawn.

The next time I have it apart, I may put new nylok nuts on the front U-mount and use them on the back side as well as the OEM placement on the front.

Any other deck leveling tricks or tips to share?

Engine dies after 45-60 minutes

I have 42 inch rider with a 18.5HP Briggs and Stratton 303777 twin engine. Been running great with regular maintenance. But lately it will run for 45-60 minutes and dies, as if it is not getting fuel. 1st time I thought no problem, dirty fuel filter, replaced it even through the old one looked OK, mowed about 40 minutes and same thing, so I cleaned the gas cap, made sure it was vented, same thing, checked the hoses, fuel pump, engine isn't hotter than normal, compression is okay, plug is new, oil level is okay still almost clear; checked on a carb overhaul kit, B&S 807962 kit runs over $120.00, must be gold or something. Could this problem be the carburetor, hate to spent that kind of cash if it doesn't help. Can a small engine vapor lock? I checked the fuel line to be sure it's not near anything hot. But can't say I ever heard of a mower vapor locking?? What am I missing, this has been a great running engine until now.
Not much on carburetors, would cleaning it good maybe help,. If so is just blowing compressed air enough to clean all the little openings, kind of worried poking a wire in them?
or could it be something else altogether.
many thanks!
