Buying Advice In the market for new push mower

Ok so I'm looking to purchase a new push mower. Want the dependability of a Honda engine with a heavy duty deck and wheels. Don't really care to much for self propelled. Would like the option to bag and mulch though. Would like to stay around $400.00 but preferably under. Any help would be greatly appreciated

14.5 B & S starter gear striped.

14.5 b/s engine has striped the plastic gears on the starter flat.
Have no idea what the problem may be.

Bad Boy wont start

I have a 2008 ZT model I started it and drove it with no problem but when I engaged the blade it died. I replaced the battery but I still get nothing completely dead. Any ideas?

Deere d105 transmission Q

Good day people, 1st timer here.
My two year old garden tractor started acting up, reverses the same as always but seems to have lost speed going forward, changed the drive belt, but no change. Only has 61 hours on it, hope it's not tranny trouble, anyone else have had this problem?

ExMark won't stay running! Help!

I have a used ExMark that I mow our church grounds with. Model # LHP5223KC. It starts just fine, but when the "parking brake" is released, the mower dies. I've replaced all of the switches one at a time, no change. I've not replaced the ignition switch yet however. Any ideas? HELP!

Kohler to Briggs swap?

I have a 2012 Troy-Bilt Mustang zero turn mower with the infamous Kohler Courage engine on it. My engine is the SV730, 25 HP with a 1" shaft. After just over 30 hours the fuel pump developed a leak and flooded the oil with gas. It bent one intake push rod which I repaired but now the engine knocks and I figure it is pretty much shot. I want to take this opportunity to get rid of this lemon instead of attempting further repairs.

I've done some research but cannot find if there is a Briggs engine that will swap with a minimum of trouble. I don't mind drilling new mounting holes and even modifying the wiring but I'd like to keep the existing muffler if possible. I'm thinking of a 23 or 24 HP Professional series if they'll fit but would appreciate any recommendations.
