Kubota MR6000 mower questions ?????

Our club has acquired an older Kubota MR6000 3-blade mower deck. It was originally a belly-mount mower for a Kubota tractor of some kind or size, but some previous owner has converted it to a 3-point class I rear mower for use on a small tractor with a 3-point hitch. The blade gearbox on the Kubota mower has an 18-spline shaft of about 1" diameter. Unfortunately, the local Kubota dealer either knows nothing about this model or he's not too interested in finding out anything for us. We are hooking it up to a Japanese Satoh 650G tractor which has a PTO which rotates clockwise when viewing from the rear. When viewing the blades from the bottom and with the tractor PTO turning clockwise (as described above), the mower blades rotate counter-clockwise. We are wondering about the following questions .....

1) Approximately how old is this mower ?
2) Is the PTO rotation of our tractor (clockwise from the rear) correct for this mower ?
3) Is the counter-clockwise blade rotation (seen from the bottom) correct ?
4) Are the blade securing bolts a left-hand thread (CW to loosen, CCW to tighten)?

Hopefully, somebody will be able to help us out with this.

hi , everyone

mt 26 efi walker ch735 s -spec 3012 horizontal engine twin

kohler engine in walker mt26 hp efi with bosch 32 pin ecu , unit runs hot ,takes about 3/4 of and hour under load - has to stop to let cool down a little then can continue- cycle repeats oil temp light comes on and sometimes head temp as well ----stats on engine fuel pressure 39 psi, leak down test front cyl 12 % leak and rear cyl 20 % leak ,both in the green acceptable range, , oil pressure 48-50 psi revving, cyl head gaskets dont appear to be blown ( as from leak test result), o2 sensor seems to be going from open loop to closed loop at correct temp and providing feed back control, no exhaust leaks , oil temp sensor was working as seen from kohler efi diagnostic computer screen , intake manifold gaskets were ok, , both cyls firing correctly - timming point at idle 10 degrees and revving is 34 degrees advance-plugs correct heat range - customer had replaced efi ( metal can fuel filter) and noted quite a bit of crappy / brown fuel came out - is it possible that blocked - restricted injector filters are causing lean fuel problem,? even though fuel pressure is @ correct operating pressure , and efi unit is trying to compensate by lengthening pulse with ? or am i missing something by the way temp unit got to was 103 Degree C according to diagnostic ,and had a set a code 42 oil temp code , think normal temp about 80 -86 degrees C? correct me if wrong unit did have a ht lead cap insulation breakdown- causing it to run on 1 cyl replaced it it ran better but still hot

New member with a couple of questions

Hi all,

I recently purchased a KM94 power head and a few attachments: adjustable hedger, pole saw, extension, and straight trimmer. I also have a FS 90R and a FC 90.

1. Can I swap shafts between the FS 90R and Kombi to make the 90 the Kombi power head, and the 94 the dedicated trimmer?

2. I can not see any way to grease the Kombi straight string trimmer attachment and there is no mention of it in the book that came with the attachment. Is this a sealed head that never needs maintenance?

Hydro Drive Issue

I have a Great Dane Chariot. There's no specific area for Great Dane so I'm posting my problem here since Danes and Scags are similar. My problem is somewhere in my hydro drive system. On my left side I have power going forward, but almost none in reverse. There are no weird noises or leaking. The Dane has approx 825 hours on it and has been worked hard because most all of my 3 acre yard is on a steep hill. I don't like throwing parts at something with the hopes of fixing the problem. Do any of you have a idea as to whether my problem would be in my drive motor or hydraulic pump? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Brand New Kohler 7000 series Stalls After Warm up

Just think I Made a Mistake buying a mower with a kohler 7000 series engine on it. It's got less than two hours on it and stalls,loses power or just quits after warm up. Dealer got my cash now doesn't really care, any help would be great.
