My scag won't start at all. I tried to jump it off but nothing happened except
for a slight clicking noise and I'm hearing it from the cut off switch on the bottom of
the carb. I heard about the starter relay problem and had already replaced it.
Then I tried to jump out the selinoid and the starter turns over for a split second
and begins to turn the motor over then nothing. So I took the starter off and took it
to a parts house to get them to test it and it passed all tests. I also checked the fuses
and they're all fine.
