simplicity with a kohler command 18hp v twin

Hi everyone



My issue is I started my mower and about 1 minute later A large white cloud cmd out the exhaust. I removed the engine cover and air cleaner to find standing gasoline in my carb. and oil spray that came out of the dip stick. it is a 1995



any ideas?
