blade height setting for troy-bilt push mower model TB230

I have just had new sod installed. The landscaper said to cut about a third of the grass blade off on my first cutting. What wheel height setting (inches) should I set to achieve this proper height to cut about a third of the grass blade off initially. I appreciate your help.
