Old Briggs engine bolt pattern

I have a 130902 vert. and can not find any data online for the base mounting bolt pattern. Three holes are the same as the standard push mower. The 4rth hole is somewhere between 30 and 45 degrees from center line. Another bolt pattern that I can't find is that of the Toro TNT type self-propelled from the 70's 80's. It has the offset hole I think to clear the drive belt.

It is like Briggs and Tecumseh are trying to hide this info.
