excessive crank case pressure.

new member. thanx for the join.I picked up a craftsman rider and have engine problems. the crankcase is overfull with oil. I drained it down, and turned it over with the battery. dipstick tube was out and blew oil everywhere. I pulled the head, and turned it over with starter and it blew oil out of the valve/tappet gallery. like two feet in front ??? any idea,s as to the problem hanx Doug
