Craftsman 6.0 B&S - Carb/Fuel Bowl Service

Push-power mower was stalling and would only run on fuel from starting bulb.

Searched and learned that's almost always caused by clogged ports in the fuel bowl assembly.

Pulled the plug wire and tilted the mower oil fill side down.

Opened the fuel bowl and used carburator cleaner on the mounting screw to clean out the
interconnected three ports - the rest of the assembly was fairly clean - but cleaned it anyhow.

The gasket on the bolt was fine but the larger one for the bowl looked pretty hinky - since
I didn't have one on-hand I reassembled to test.

As soon as I leveled the mower I noticed fuel leaking but thought that was from being
tilted - it appeared to stop & I let it clear - then pressed the starting bulb.

Fuel is now shooting out the bulb when I press it ... is that just from the mower being
tilted for a while or did I do something wrong or ... ?

Thanks!
