Toro 4000 kabota turbocharged diesel engine overheating

I have a toro 4000d with a kabota diesel after about half hour it gets hot and moves up into the red Filters are clean , new fan clutch,new water pump, new thermostat, radiator been flushed twice, pulled once to radiator shop for boil . no oil in radiator and no water in oil any ideas :)
