one day i ran the mower completely out of gas...and filled the tank and then it would only run on the primer bulb.. cleaned the carb and tank.cleaned the screens...replaced the diaphram pump...reassembled....and it still only runs on the primer....im truly at a loss...any help or suggestions will be appreciated
