6.50 with Ready Start---not starting.

Having trouble getting my LawnBoy Briggs and Stratton, 6.50 with Ready Start to start.


I tuned it up- replaced the plug, oil, filter, (it was emptied of gas after the last use) I half filled with fresh gas.


Its not turning over. I cant find the primer. Looks like it should be here, lawnboy.jpg


Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
