Toro Z5035 motor wont turn over

I've got a Toro ztr I purchased in 2010. Ever since it was new it would take spells where it was hard to start. (starter couldnt turn the motor) N ow it wont turn at all . I checked the lifters cylinder 2 was very loose 7 1 pushrod was bent. I relaced them adjusted the vlaves but it still wont turn over correctly
