Buying Advice Snapper 22" Self Propelled

Okay I have a question. The following mower is for sale (local) for $80.00. The only problem I see, and the seller has stated it, is that the front right wheel is broken. Other than that I see nothing else wrong.



Is this something to jump on or something I should stay away from?
