Honda HRR2167VKA Won't Start

Hi. Sorry if this posted somewhere else. I have a Honda HRR2167VKA push mower. The mower hit a large rock and after that is began to shake.

I replaced the crankshaft and now the mower won't start. I have checked and I am getting spark. I can't figure out why it doesn't start now.

Could it be the carb or something else I am missing. I feel it's something simple that I am not seeing.
