Husqvarna right rear height adjuster

Height adjuster for right rear wheel is loose or broken. I can spin the loose adjuster or gear to catch position but it moves back down to lowest setting on right rear deck while mowing.

how do I replace and restore to use the various levels of height. Right rear wheel appears to be loose as well?
