Engine locks up during starting , after many clicks on the starter , engine will turn one turn
and then lock up again . After many tries , starts and runs perfectly. New battery has been installed .
Is there a valve stetting to release compression or is there a decompresser build in (could possibly be starter have not checked starter yet ) wondering if there is something simple prior to pulling starter , and doing a rebuild on it .
