John Deere stander. Is it good?

i want to use this to mow 2 big apartment complex. will i be able to drive it fast and still get a good cut for an open area. Mainly thinking about it only having 19 hp. see that most stander are 25 hp or up. i own a walk behind bobcat mower right now and i can not drive in the fastest gear and cut all the grass.

also is it a good deal? will it work well? any suggestions?
