As stated in an earlier previous post, I am in the process of removing the engine from a redundant Hayter Harrier 41 Autodrive mower.
I removed the blade and thought that the round disc that the blade sits on would come away with it but it did not.
The disc has 3 holes in it, 1 for the bolt that holds the blade and 1 each side of it, this disc appears to sit on a boss at the end of the shaft.
Any ideas as to how this disc is removed, it looks like it could be an extractor job, but I am reluctant to try to remove it until I have a bit more info, I can add some pics
if this will help.
