I have a LA175 with the Briggs and Stratton 26hp engine. I started my mower and ran it for about 2 minutes before it quit on me. Now it will start with the aid of starting fluid. Then it throttles up and immediately throttles down and quits running. Will a safety switch cause this to happen? I have changed the fuel pump and filter and filled with new gas. Same result. Oil is new and level is good. Any ideas?
