Old Grasshopper 2132

I bought an old Grasshopper 2132 that was left rotting outside for a few years. It is heavily rusted. Does anyone know if its worth trying to fix this or not? I know the motor and drivetrain are supposed to be good. It was an electrical problem that killed it. I didn't realize it was one of the first years grasshopper were made. It has a friggin chain drive on the tires. Can I still get parts? Any ideas? Should I just try to parts my money back out of it? Thanks for any input
