Need your advice on which engine to go with for a ZTR residential use only

Buying my first zero turn mower. I have about 1 1/4 acres of Bermuda. My yard is flat and 100% sodded. Normal amount of trees to cut around. I have been researching for a good 6-8 months. I have sat on everything from Gravely to Walker and everything in between. Loved the Walker but I really can't justify the price for what I will be using it for. I have decided on an Exmark Quest 42" cut. Yes, I know "it's just a Toro Titan with gray plastic" but I think it will suit my needs and last years the way I baby my toys. Additionally, my local dealer has given me what I consider to be an outstanding price..... So here are my options for engines. Which one would you recommend? I am only looking at about a $400 swing either way so the cost really isn't a factor. I want the best I can get for my needs:

Exmark 452cc which is about 14HP

Kawasaki FR651V which is about 22 HP

Or

The brand new Exmark 708cc which is about 23HP

I understand the HP's are probably over exaggerated and that torque is most important but I don't know the torque for these.

If you were making my decision, which would you go with for the application I will be using it for? Mowing 1-2 times a week for about 6-7 months a year.
