I've recently replaced the fuel filter on my Tiger Cub, plus the fuel line that goes from the engine to the valve that selects which tank to use. There doesn't seem to be any leaks and the fuel filter is about half full of fuel at the moment. The fuel filter is oriented in the correct direction. I can't seem to start it now. Was there something else I needed to do?
