Is there a substitute Peerless hydro for 205-205-023B?

We tried refilling the fluid chamber twice and it still wouldn't go in reverse. I rotated the wheels to get the air out too.



It looks like the best way is to find another used unit. I don't have the Poulon number handy. Thanks.
