Hello,
I just joined the Lawn Mower Forum and would like to say hello to all of you. I have some very old equipment that I cannot seem to get enough courage to just say "I need to replace this!". Therefore, I try very hard to keep it in good working order. That brings me to this forum. I have not done a great deal of work on lawn and garden equipment but am by no means a stranger to complex machinery repairs. So, if you guys can provide me with a few tips and guide lines here and there, I hope to keep my oldies running a bit longer. I have a Honda HR214SMA that I purchased in Oct. 1983 and the engine is still running great; but, I am having a bit of a problem with the transmission. I will get into that in another post. I also have a Homelite 150 Automatic chainsaw that was purchased in 1978.
These are just two of the things that I tinker with these days. I don't know how much I can help you guys; but, rest assured that I will provide any sound advice I can to help you.
Thank you for this opportunity to join this forum
