Starts but won't stay running

My OHV155 204508E motor will start with starting fluid and idle as long as the choke is all on the way. When it heats up it will stall. When it is moving under load it will stall out. The mower has set outside for two or more years uncovered. I have verified the solenoid on the carb opens and when I pull the bowl the float and seat seem to let fuel in properly. The mowing season will be over by the time I get all this ironed out, fortunately this one of two riders I have. If anyone has an idea it would be appreciated.
