Electrical compatibility

I have an Lt2000-50 Dixie Chopper mower. It had a CV20S-65594 kohler engine. It burned up in a fuel fire. The intended replacement for that engine is CV640-3039. I didn't by that. I found a Cv730-3111 kohler designed for a dixie chopper also. I figured it was a power upgrade, and a little cheaper. It fits in perfectly but it has a slightly different wiring harnesses. I think also some wires burned off completely so I am trying to figure out what the lay out was for the cv20s-65549. I have looked at the diagrams from kohler and I think I know what is going on but I would love to see a few pics from an actual motor of the wires and where they go since I only have the end of the wires that go into the plug to connect to the mower wiring harness. Any help sorting this out would be highly appreciated.
