Help with throttle setup for 24 year old craftsman push mower.

I "inherited" an early '90s craftsman push mower. The throttle was apart. Here not sure how to put it all together - what goes to what? There is a spring loaded wire, a 'throttle link' glorified straightened paperclip (broken). What hooks up to what? IMG_4850.jpgIMG_4849.jpgIMG_4851.jpg

It is a Craftsman 917 383220
the engine shows a 143 394942 SER9026R

Engine runs if I prime it....
