engine change

I am considering changing a kohler cv740 vertical engine that has a broken rod with a briggs and Stratton mod.#49T877-004-G1 27 h.p.vertical.This is on a hustler super z.Does anyone know what muffler to use since the engine does not come with one?Also,what solenoid would I use if I need one? Thanks
