The latter part of last year (2014) I got a wild hair and while Lowes had an 18 months zero percent promotion, I went and purchased a big Husqvarna lawn tractor. Why, I really don't know because I already had a couple of riding mowers that worked just fine. They also had free delivery on all lawn tractors so I took advantage of that also. After several trips to Lowes to sit on all the brands out front, I decided to get the Husqvarna. It is so nice. When it was delivered, the man showed me all the features and how they worked and it even had enough gas in the tank to demonstrate how to start it. After the Lowes truck left, I pushed it straight into the garage and it has been there ever since. I even went back to Lowes and bought and installed a $369 grass catcher, but still I have not used this mower. It shows .1 on the hour meter as evidence.
My problem is this mower is just too big for my yard. I have several out buildings that I don't even think that it will even fit in between. I am in a quandary on what to do. I still owe $1200 on the mower and I don't want to take a loss on it, but I don't know how to go about getting rid of it and at least break even.
The tractor is a Husqvarna YTH24V48. V-Twin W/BS Engine. It can be seen on lowes.com and it does have the grass catcher installed.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.
