Echo Blower PB200

Echo Blower



PB 200



It is possible the blower got submerged during a storm



It ran great before.



Now it wont take the gas and run above idle.



I have changed the gas, rebuilt the carburetor {soaked and installed new kit}.



Cleaned the flywheel, just incase there was something affecting the pickup.



Changed the spark plug.



New bubble pump.



Cleaned fuel filter.



Still will not run above an idle.



what am i missing here?
