Craftsman 3500 DSL, VTS

Hi all. I have a couple of questions that I hope can get answered here

1. What does the VTS on this model stand for?



2. DSL? Same question.



3. I need one rear tire for it and noticed the NHS letters on the tire after the tire size. Anyone know what the letters stand for?
